Jesus Christ is the best friend anyone could ever have. You can't always count on him to do what you want, but you can always count on him to do what you need.

I agree! I had a Doctrines of the Gospel professor insist that you cannot have a relationship with the Savior, but that contradicts every scriptural instance of Christ calling his disciples friends. While such friendship is sacred, and we rarely use it out of respect and refer to him as our Savior, Redeemer, God, King, etc., he truly is the best friend one can have because he will always do what is best for you when you ask in faith.
